BLOCK I. THE HEART OF THE PROGRAM: WOMEN'S PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT

Preparation for entering, navigating, sustaining, and advancing a career in the energy industry. This module addresses professional conduct, ethics, communication, conflict resolution, and the tools needed to build a solid career path as a woman in the oil sector.

Its purpose is to strengthen confidence, professional judgment, and interpersonal skills in order to tackle workplace challenges and move toward new opportunities.

BLOCK II. TECHNICAL TRAINING — SEVEN MODULES

MODULE I

Technical Terminology and Bilingual Procedures
Development of technical vocabulary in Spanish and English, and comprehension of instructions and procedures to facilitate clear communication in bilingual work teams.

Environmental Compliance
Introduction to operational environmental responsibilities, spill prevention, and protection practices for water, soil, and the surrounding environment.

Applied STEM Competencies
Application of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics knowledge to understand measurements, interpret data, and support operational problem-solving.

Development of Manuals and Operating Procedures
Introduction to technical documentation and the development of manuals, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), written in a clear, organized, and accessible manner.
