This academy was born from a story of migration, adaptation, professional growth, and perseverance.
More than 11 years ago, as a Venezuelan woman, I made the decision to immigrate to the United States in search of new opportunities and a different professional future. Like many immigrants starting over in a new country, my journey came with significant challenges.
One of the biggest challenges was the language.
Methodology
Our methodology combines technical knowledge, practical learning, bilingual communication, and real-world field experience to prepare women to confidently navigate the energy industry.
